Information we collect

RushGrade may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, account verification state, subscription status, usage counters, and security logs. Domain names submitted to the checker may be processed to provide the requested service.

Authentication and security

Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, not plaintext. Session tokens are stored as hashes. We may store shortened or hashed security identifiers derived from IP address and user-agent data to enforce rate limits and protect accounts.

Service providers

RushGrade uses Cloudflare for hosting, application infrastructure, security, data storage, and AI features; Stripe for subscription payments; Resend for transactional and marketing email delivery; Google for optional OAuth sign-in; and Zoho for business mailboxes.

Payments

RushGrade does not store full payment card details. Stripe processes payments and provides subscription status to RushGrade.

Email and newsletter

Transactional messages can include verification, security, password recovery, and billing notices. Marketing/newsletter email is separate and may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe controls provided in those messages.

Retention and access

We retain information needed to operate accounts, provide service, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain security. Contact support@rushgrade.com for privacy questions.
