Service

RushGrade provides domain research tools, availability checks, public registration data, exports, and optional AI-assisted naming. Registry status can change at any time. RushGrade does not guarantee that a domain can ultimately be registered, transferred, purchased, ranked, or monetized.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass account limits, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Free and Pro access

Free members receive the usage shown on the Pricing page. Pro features are available only while the Stripe-backed subscription is active or while an authorized administrator override is active. If the subscription ends, fails, or otherwise loses active status, Pro-only access is removed.

Subscriptions

Pro renews automatically until canceled. Billing and subscription management are provided through Stripe. Cancellation can take effect at the end of the paid billing period when configured that way in Stripe.

AI-generated names

AI suggestions are ideas, not legal clearance. You are responsible for checking trademarks, business-name conflicts, domain availability, and other rights before using a generated name.

Acceptable use

Do not use RushGrade to attack services, evade rate limits, scrape protected personal data, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.
